after 2 decades - trip to USA!

Cute little note from my nephew! 

This one was special, because I visited USA after 21 yrs! The last visit was in 2003 with my mother, after which they rejected my visas 5 times in a row. I was so frustrated, I even wrote a letter to the then president Barrack Obama.

After so many rejections, I decided to not try anymore, and shifted my focus to other countries. And then in 2023, my father suggested we all apply together, since their visas had expired.

Not too much to my surprise, I was granted the visa this time around! And then began the planning for my trip! With so much family across USA, I just had to pick the places I was going to visit on this trip.

Going Nuts with Wine

After a lot of contemplation, I choose to visit Chicago, New York, Minnesota (Rochester), New Jersey, Las Vegas and Utah! The only new one was Utah since my last visit in 2003.

Bryce Canyon National Park, Utah

I loved everything about being around the family, rest all seemed usual like any other country! But if you’re a shopaholic! then yes you have arrived at the perfect place. Shop till you drop is what I did!
